The author completely blamed women for sexual harassment based on how they dress- I couldn’t get passed the first chapter due to the terrible characterization. One of the main characters is supposed to be an educated psychologist and yet she is shown to be someone who clearly believes it’s the victims fault- how could you write a book that gives out this message? I certainly couldn’t read one.

I should always read a book again if I didn't like it the first time, because never I leave a good review. I read the entire book again and found the book to be a sweet love story. I read a review that said the book had some immature parts. But, basically it's the way some grown people are. So true to life. The only complaint was the cover is ridiculous, a bride over the groom, I didn't read the book for six months because of the cover and then a negative view when I read it the first time. From from to back is the whole package matters, you can't think of a cover just put flowers and the title. The cover matters.

I wanted to find out how this book ended, I have 5 pages left and am struggling to finish. The writing is like reading a medical transcript. Stiff, formal, unnatural, and doesn't flow. The way the characters communicate with each other is so awkward. I saw 550 reviews and four star rating and thought it would be a good one. Not so much.

Wasted Story line/Plot

First, let me just say the storyline is good. As with many of this Author's books, the story lines all have potential. However, begin reading and you get transported to a horrible misuse of words. I question if any editor even reviewed this, and if they did what they were thinking. The characters are flat and poorly developed. Most of the characters speech is incredibly awkward or stilted. I really did love the idea of this book, but on reading it all I can say is, DON'T!!! Unless you are an English major/creative writing major looking to improve your editing/writing skills

The characters are forced into an arranged marriage and a secluded cabin because they don't want to be cut off by mom and dad. Two spoiled brats, I don't really care what happens to them. I quit reading after 50 pages.

The plot COULD have been interesting had the execution been better, but as it is I could only get through 30 pages and then just couldn't take it any longer.

I thought this book was okay. The story line and plot were mildly interesting, but the dialogue was awful. I didn't have anything else to read at the time, I was determined to get through it, and that was the only thing that kept me going. I found it to be very predictable, there were no plot twists or mysteries or surprises. Unless you are extremely bored and have nothing else to do, you should pass on this book. The one love scene wasn't even that good.

I love how the author made everything so realistic. Making Ryan study the ways of marriage and womens secrets was genius!! This book was really funny and it made me giggle and smile. It's full of laughter and perfect "awww!" moments. Ryan shows such sweet moments that you just wanna grab him and take him for yourself. Elizabeth was bitter but she had reasons for her actions and I love both the characters! Read read read this book!!!

If you've looked at her other books, they're all about arranged marriage. Same plot, same characters, just different names. I know teenagers who can write better. This author just can't write. The plot is childish and drawn out, the author makes typos and grammar errors, and the characters are rather 2D. There's nothing appealing or standout-ish about them. I can't understand why this is number one, I've read books online that are better written. I don't mean to flame, but I don't consider this a good book, just something to waste time on. I'm glad it's free.

I can't believe I continued reading this, and after giving up on it once, I even gave it a second chance. More fool me. The characters are simple, and utterly unbelievable, the message is blatant and the quality of the writing does indeed feel like a high school student wrote this. I regret the waste of my time.

I've read this plot line before. It even reminds me of the movie "What a Woman Wants" but (spoiler) not as endearing or funny. The guy bends over backwards for the girl there's a lot of character development for him but the only way to describe the girl is A COLD FISH. Even the big 'tension' moment (that you could see coming a mile away) was a huge let down.

This book was just not well-written. The prose was stilted and the characters bland. You could easily get lost in the volleys of dialogue. I had to put it down when it also started to get preachy.

I love how the author made everything so realistic. Making Ryan study the ways of marriage and womens secrets was genius!! This book was really funny and it made me giggle and smile. It's full of laughter and perfect "awww!" moments. Ryan shows such sweet moments that you just wanna grab him and take him for yourself. Elizabeth was bitter but she had reasons for her actions and I love both the characters! Read read read this book!!!

this book is horribly written. The characters are so simple and entirely unrealistic. the dialogue is horrible. and the story doesn't progress at all. it goes in circles, over and over again. I'm almost done with it (& not really interested in finishing it) and the plot is at the exact same point it was in the beginning. the message of the book is painfully obvious, I mean who are we kidding here. all in all, two thumbs waaaay down >=( !!!!

The writing was very simple, many things were restated, and there were so many typos. I read it at night while trying to fall asleep and it worked! I guess that's one redeeming quality!

I can't understand why this is number one, I've read books online that are better written. I don't mean to flame, but I don't consider this a good book, just something to waste time on. I've read this plot line before. It even reminds me of the movie "What a Woman Wants" but (spoiler) not as endearing or funny. The guy bends over backwards for the girl there's a lot of character development for him but the only way to describe the girl is A COLD FISH. Even the big 'tension' moment (that you could see coming a mile away) was a huge let down.

The author completely blamed women for sexual harassment based on how they dress- I couldn’t get passed the first chapter due to the terrible characterization. One of the main characters is supposed to be an educated psychologist and yet she is shown to be someone who clearly believes it’s the victims fault- how could you write a book that gives out this message? I certainly couldn’t read one.

I should always read a book again if I didn't like it the first time, because never I leave a good review. I read the entire book again and found the book to be a sweet love story. I read a review that said the book had some immature parts. But, basically it's the way some grown people are. So true to life. The only complaint was the cover is ridiculous, a bride over the groom, I didn't read the book for six months because of the cover and then a negative view when I read it the first time. From from to back is the whole package matters, you can't think of a cover just put flowers and the title. The cover matters.

Really hard to finish

I wanted to find out how this book ended, I have 5 pages left and am struggling to finish. The writing is like reading a medical transcript. Stiff, formal, unnatural, and doesn't flow. The way the characters communicate with each other is so awkward. I saw 550 reviews and four star rating and thought it would be a good one. Not so much.

Wasted Story line/Plot

First, let me just say the storyline is good. As with many of this Author's books, the story lines all have potential. However, begin reading and you get transported to a horrible misuse of words. I question if any editor even reviewed this, and if they did what they were thinking. The characters are flat and poorly developed. Most of the characters speech is incredibly awkward or stilted. I really did love the idea of this book, but on reading it all I can say is, DON'T!!! Unless you are an English major/creative writing major looking to improve your editing/writing skills

I thought this book was okay. The story line and plot were mildly interesting, but the dialogue was awful. I didn't have anything else to read at the time, I was determined to get through it, and that was the only thing that kept me going. I found it to be very predictable, there were no plot twists or mysteries or surprises. Unless you are extremely bored and have nothing else to do, you should pass on this book. The one love scene wasn't even that good.

The author completely blamed women for sexual harassment based on how they dress- I couldn’t get passed the first chapter due to the terrible characterization. One of the main characters is supposed to be an educated psychologist and yet she is shown to be someone who clearly believes it’s the victims fault- how could you write a book that gives out this message? I certainly couldn’t read one.

I read a review that said the book had some immature parts. But, basically it's the way some grown people are. So true to life. The only complaint was the cover is ridiculous, a bride over the groom, I didn't read the book for six months because of the cover and then a negative view when I read it the first time. From from to back is the whole package matters, you can't think of a cover just put flowers and the title. The cover matters.

I wanted to find out how this book ended, I have 5 pages left and am struggling to finish. The writing is like reading a medical transcript. Stiff, formal, unnatural, and doesn't flow. The way the characters communicate with each other is so awkward. I saw 550 reviews and four star rating and thought it would be a good one. Not so much.

First, let me just say the storyline is good. As with many of this Author's books, the story lines all have potential. However, begin reading and you get transported to a horrible misuse of words. I question if any editor even reviewed this, and if they did what they were thinking. The characters are flat and poorly developed. Most of the characters speech is incredibly awkward or stilted. I really did love the idea of this book, but on reading it all I can say is, DON'T!!! Unless you are an English major/creative writing major looking to improve your editing/writing skills

The characters are forced into an arranged marriage and a secluded cabin because they don't want to be cut off by mom and dad. Two spoiled brats, I don't really care what happens to them. I thought this book was okay. The story line and plot were mildly interesting, but the dialogue was awful. I didn't have anything else to read at the time, I was determined to get through it, and that was the only thing that kept me going. I found it to be very predictable, there were no plot twists or mysteries or surprises. Unless you are extremely bored and have nothing else to do, you should pass on this book. The one love scene wasn't even that good.

I loved this book!!! I thought it was great that Ryan and Beth were in a cabin in the middle if nowhere with limited contact to friends and family. They were able to get to know each other the old fashion way with talking face to face rather than the luxury of talking with or through technology.

I love how the author made everything so realistic. Making Ryan study the ways of marriage and womens secrets was genius!! This book was really funny and it made me giggle and smile. It's full of laughter and perfect "awww!" moments. Ryan shows such sweet moments that you just wanna grab him and take him for yourself. The plot is childish and drawn out, the author makes typos and grammar errors, and the characters are rather 2D. There's nothing appealing or standout-ish about them. I can't understand why this is number one, I've read books online that are better written. I don't mean to flame, but I don't consider this a good book, just something to waste time on. I've read this plot line before. It even reminds me of the movie "What a Woman Wants" but (spoiler) not as endearing or funny. The guy bends over backwards for the girl there's a lot of character development for him but the only way to describe the girl is A COLD FISH. Even the big 'tension' moment (that you could see coming a mile away) was a huge let down.

I love how the author made everything so realistic. Making Ryan study the ways of marriage and womens secrets was genius!! This book was really funny and it made me giggle and smile. It's full of laughter and perfect "awww!" moments. Ryan shows such sweet moments that you just wanna grab him and take him for yourself. Elizabeth was bitter but she had reasons for her actions and I love both the characters! Read read read this book!!!

this book is horribly written. The characters are so simple and entirely unrealistic. the dialogue is horrible. and the story doesn't progress at all. it goes in circles, over and over again. I'm almost done with it (& not really interested in finishing it) and the plot is at the exact same point it was in the beginning. the message of the book is painfully obvious, I mean who are we kidding here. all in all, two thumbs waaaay down >=( !!!!

I can't understand why this is number one, I've read books online that are better written. I don't mean to flame, but I don't consider this a good book, just something to waste time on. The guy bends over backwards for the girl there's a lot of character development for him but the only way to describe the girl is A COLD FISH. Even the big 'tension' moment (that you could see coming a mile away) was a huge let down.

The author completely blamed women for sexual harassment based on how they dress- I couldn’t get passed the first chapter due to the terrible characterization. One of the main characters is supposed to be an educated psychologist and yet she is shown to be someone who clearly believes it’s the victims fault- how could you write a book that gives out this message? I certainly couldn’t read one.

I should always read a book again if I didn't like it the first time, because never I leave a good review. I read the entire book again and found the book to be a sweet love story. I read a review that said the book had some immature parts. But, basically it's the way some grown people are. So true to life. The only complaint was the cover is ridiculous, a bride over the groom, I didn't read the book for six months because of the cover and then a negative view when I read it the first time. From from to back is the whole package matters, you can't think of a cover just put flowers and the title. The cover matters.

Really hard to finish

I wanted to find out how this book ended, I have 5 pages left and am struggling to finish. The writing is like reading a medical transcript. Stiff, formal, unnatural, and doesn't flow. The way the characters communicate with each other is so awkward. I saw 550 reviews and four star rating and thought it would be a good one. Not so much.

Wasted Story line/Plot

First, let me just say the storyline is good. As with many of this Author's books, the story lines all have potential. However, begin reading and you get transported to a horrible misuse of words. I question if any editor even reviewed this, and if they did what they were thinking. The characters are flat and poorly developed. Most of the characters speech is incredibly awkward or stilted. I really did love the idea of this book, but on reading it all I can say is, DON'T!!! Unless you are an English major/creative writing major looking to improve your editing/writing skills

The characters are forced into an arranged marriage and a secluded cabin because they don't want to be cut off by mom and dad. Two spoiled brats, I don't really care what happens to them. Worst book I have ever read. Terrible dialogue, it felt so forced. No flow at all, it sounded like the characters were reading the script of a cheesy movie. The plot COULD have been interesting had the execution been better, but as it is I could only get through 30 pages and then just couldn't take it any longer.

I thought this book was okay. The story line and plot were mildly interesting, but the dialogue was awful. I didn't have anything else to read at the time, I was determined to get through it, and that was the only thing that kept me going. I found it to be very predictable, there were no plot twists or mysteries or surprises. Unless you are extremely bored and have nothing else to do, you should pass on this book. The one love scene wasn't even that good.
